Heated Throw Controller V2 (HT-02, HT-06, HT-D06)
Customer service is terrible.i ordered this as a replacement to my old blanket, but they changed the old controller to this new one and this is not compatible. When trying to return, they keep asking to message them I asked for return on their chat and filled in a form and never received any code or any help to return the item. Poor service.. wouldn't recommend a

very impressed with the speedy response to my problem. Cosi immediately confirmed that another controller would be dispatched . very apologetic for the missing controller in my heated fleece package. Couldn't ask for a better response. Well done Cosi.
