Crossover Cords
They are fantastic! Every year we purchase more to replace the older ones. We usually get about 2-4 years worth of resistance.

Hip & Core System
I am a physical therapist and athlete and have been using resistance bands and loops for my whole life I can remember. These products are by far the best quality, maintain the best adherence for patients and help me strengthen my hips and core superior to latex loops and other disposable equipment you find on amazon. Stoked on these, Ive stocked my shop and have shared them with my friends ,family, colleagues and patients. Aloha !

CS Bundle
If you want to avoid pain, feel strong and mobile, and improve in all areas of fitness, you need to incorporate crossover symmetry and the hip halos in your life! I’ve used crossover symmetry now for 7+ years and experience all the benefits (activation, recovery, rehab, strength building). I just opened a gym and day one had the bands and hip halos available for athletes. They get used all the time and programmed in warm ups and cools downs. The bands and hip halos both provide so many opportunities to improve body function for all athletes in the gym. I can’t recommend these products more highly. They truly are a must have for gyms and individuals.

Easiest option if you don’t have access to a squat rack, and don’t want to sink 4 hooks in to your wall! These are super easy to set and use, and they work great!!!

Crossover Cords
We ordered the whole shoulder system for our PT clinic. We have had various brands over the years that broke down or weakened their resistance over time. So far we are very pleased!

Love these. Have them at our Crossfit gym but great just to walk out to the garage and crank out a few sets to keep those shoulders strong.

I had used this at a local gym and then set up my home gym and knew it would be worth the investment. I use it to warm up before every workout, and try to get back in for some recovery in the evenings.
