So for 6 to 8 months I had shoulder pain. I compensated to the point my right arm atrophied some. Didn’t really notice I was compensating that much. Two rounds of rehab week 1 with the Bands and now I am working on strength. Love the bands and the program is working!!

The exercise sheet is great. While the App provides better information and more options, the info sheet is quick to reference and has all the workouts you need for a routine. When you have more time or are ready to step it up, their app is there for you. The bands themselves are a real upgrade over standard elastic style bands. The foam covers help pad your legs while also giving it solid grip to stay in place.

for the cost of these cords one would expect them to last longer. also the new set I just purchased is 4-5 inches longer then all the other ones I own. not sure why they dont match up. I love the shoulder system, just wish the cords were a little more robust for the cost.

I had the original crossover cords and they lasted over a decade of at-home garage gym use, using them 4-5 days a week in my warmups. One of my 7# cords finally broke, so I purchased a replacement set. Reviewing the new crossover 2.0 cord 7# set: The new ones are much bulkier with much wider handles. The handle straps catch on bits of plastic on the inside of the handle when doing things like Y raises. Doesn't affect the function, but just feels grindy and bits of thin plastic fell off onto the floor during the first few days of use. Also- the rubber cover near the clasp is much thinner on the new version, like a thin ballon material rather than a durable rubber. I love crossover symmetry, but it I suspect these new 2.0 cords won't last as long as the original cords- time will tell. Overall, they're functional but if I had my choice, I would have preferred the original cords rather than the 2.0.

They work great. My daughter has shoulder laxity and started having pain when hitting/serving. After 4 days pain is gone and she has kept up with them and shoulders have stayed painless! But, I have emailed customer service multiple times as they sent the door attachment instead of the rack attachment and have still received no response.
Update: Company emailed back and admitted to an honest mistake. Made it right by overnighting the correct attachments and giving me a discount on my initial purchase. I appreciate the honesty and making it right. Good company and the bands work great!
