Shoulder Package
It has only been 2 weeks, but I am still experiencing a lot of anterior shoulder pain. I may have something else going on, but will keep at it. I appreciate the product and will continue to use it. I hope to be pain free soon. Thanks!

It's a great product and system. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the cost.

Hip & Core System
I am very impressed with the quality of the product. I am 68 years old and my son recommended it. I love “how to”videos you provide. I feel safe when using it. Less likely to have an injury. I am not doing all the exercises yet, but hopefully one day I will. I also have the shoulder system that my son bought for me a few months ago, and it has really improved my shoulder mobility without the fear of injury.

Hip & Core System
After years of doing this work with the standard wrinkly bands that would always bunch up, it was refreshing to see this quality option. The quality of exercise was as I expected, worry free and challenging. What I did not expect was the workout cards that were supplied as well. I posted these next to the bands in my Gym’s mobility area. Now my members and clients can do their mobility work on their own, with exercises prescribed and outlined on your cards. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Crossover Cords
Two close crossfit and oly lifting friends who had just had shoulder surgery, turned me onto Crossover Symmetry. Although I had no shoulder issues, I began using the bands as a pre workout warmup. At age 70, I still do CF and mountain bike. My shoulders have never felt better.

Great addition to my warmup routing. Started using it before my workouts and before a race, as a quick activation warmup. Noticed a big difference.

Crossover Cords
I have had Crossover Symmetry for years and recently added to my collection. The shoulder program is an amazing addition to the physical product. The quality of the bands is excellent. Yep, there are cheaper ones out there but you definitely get what you pay for. The quality, the safety, the training, and the customer service is an amazing value. I had a question during this transaction and Matt was beyond helpful, kind and professional. I would, and do, recommend this product to anyone looking for resistance bands and shoulder health.
