Shoulder Package
I credit Crossover Symmetry for fixing and keeping my shoulders healthy - fantastic product and system. My only complaint is the absence of 20 lb and 30 lb cables in their lineup. I had to purchase those from another company, though I would have much preferred to support Crossover Symmetry.

Hip & Core System
I've noticed that my lower back and sciatic pain have gradually lessened after using the hip and core system before playing pickleball. I wish the company would offer the training zone videos on an app instead of requiring me to log into the website.

Shoulder Package
The Crossover Symmetry shoulder package is top notch! High quality bands AND the training guides have helped me eliminate shoulder pain and have strengthened my shoulders considerably in just two months! I’m a high school baseball coach and throwing batting practice was painful until using this program. I feel like I have a new arm again!

Had moderate shoulder pain for over a year that would not improve; in my 3rd week and seeing real relief. Very happy with the results thus far.

The Crossover Cords are a welcome addition to my other exercise equipment. So easy to use for my daily routine exercise. Quality is superb. Wish I would have had these long ago.

Crossover Symmetry Education Package
I'm happy I ordered the shoulder training package to complement the bands that I already had. The online Training and Workouts combined with the printed documents helped me accelerate activation and recovery. My right shoulder has always been weaker and painful after heavy lifting, and after only a few weeks, I can tell an improvement in strength with no pain.

Crossover Cords
One of the pair was worn out and since I’m using them for shoulder rehab m, I didn’t want to wait for our coach to order them so I gifted the box with replacements so I can use them.

Shoulder Package OG
Life long athlete. Previous shoulder surgery, amongst other sports injuries. So I have plenty of experience with rehab, PT, etc. With that said, in less than a month of use, my shoulder issues have improved dramatically. Follow the program, listen to your body, avoid what aggravates and do what doesn’t, and you will improve. Definite game changer.

I keep having to re-tighten it. I wish the ratchet system was a little better.
