Love these bands

Blackout Crossover Cords
Before I bought these I had a really great phone call with Matt. His customer service was so outstanding I decided to give the product a try. I did not buy a complete set. I should have bought a complete set. These bands are well made and they fill some small gaps in my home gym. I can tell my shoulder health has improved and for the first time ever I am actually doing a real warm up prior to lifting weights. These bands have helped me improve my upper body flexibility as well. Highly recommend.

Hip & Core System
I had used hip and core bands at my local gym and really enjoyed the product. I decided to order my own band in the red “resistance” level. The product arrived quickly and also came with an instruction card and access to online training courses. In using the band over the last two weeks, it’s significantly more resistant than others I’ve used by the same company. Also the stitches are very sharp where the band is sewn together, so I had to slide the cuffs over that spot as it was uncomfortable. Now however I see little chunks of red foam falling out of the sleeves every time I use the product. Still works, but I’m concerned about longevity.

Shoulder Package
I’m recovering from shoulder impingement. Getting the right diagnosis and proper exercises is a great help, but the therapy given to me by my surgeon or PT was engineered “just for me.” Crossover Symetry is taking my training and exercises and recovery at a much higher level. I’ve been an active boxer and boxing coach for USABOXING.org for over 10 years. I’m starting to incorporate these exercises with regular training.

Blackout Shoulder Package
I would have preferred the wall mounted version instead of the squat rack version. But the bands are great!

The TORQ system is awesome. These exercises really do a great job of stimulating the core. This is one system all golfers should invest in.

CS Bundle
I love this program, equipment, instructions, videos and customer service for any questions or concerns. As a retired ICU got decades I love clear and concise information. I already see progress with the 30 day shoulder pain program. I’ve also started the primer program daily as well. I’m say thankful that my swim instructor recommended I get this. I’ve also purchased the CD torq program for my golfing husband. Thank You very much for this excellent Crossover Symmetry Program.

Blackout Crossover Cords
They look awesome and well built, I have not been able to use them yet as I am still recovering from a shoulder surgery and have not been cleared for strength training yet, they are all set up and ready to go when the time is right.

Shoulder Package
I found this product to be quite helpful and use it almost daily now. Can’t say enough good things about it. the only reason it gets a 4 star is due to the frustration level of just trying to get logged into the app. A mess.

These bands are excellent for getting our hitters ready to swing while they wait in the on deck circle. IMO these are a must piece of equipment for any team.
