Dealing with a partially torn rotator cuff tendon and was recommended this system by a coworker. Truly a game changer even vs traditional bands. I've been doing the full recover and strengthen programs prior to each workout and I'm seeing the fruit of it! Pain is down and strength is up. Plus it's fun so that's a bonus! Watch the videos, though. Some of the exercises can't be properly understood from the visual card that comes with.

I’m an 87 year-old man who is extremely active and generally in the gym at least three days a week. 5 months ago I strained an old rotator cuff injury which really limited workouts. A friend suggested Crossover Symmetry, about a month ago I purchased the Shoulder Package. Within 2 weeks the pain was reduced and range of motion increased greatly. Overall great equipment and solid instruction. I did find the getting started instructions confusing, but it's worth the overhead of time spent. I'd say customer service has been slightly lacking, as I've had minor questions about my setup, but haven't been able to get answers when writing into the support emailaddress. I was hoping for more in this department, especially since the support was one of the reasons I justified spending more $ on crossover symmetry as opposed to a cheaper system.

I've been using Crossover Cords for for over 2 years. They have allowed me, at 70 years old, to continue a regular CrossFit workout, 3-5 times weekly. They're invaluable to maintaining my ability to use my shoulders fully. I have a partial tear in my left rotator cuff. When I started I could barely lift my left arm higher than my chin.
