I have these attachments in both Old Town Athletic Club/OTAC CrossFit and my home gym. I absolutely love them and having the Crossover board right in front of you makes performing the movements under the correct prescription flawless and so easy.

Hip & Core System
I used this system, particularly the lateral band, in physical therapy for my dysplasia with arthritis and it has been great. It is not easy but so beneficial and has delayed the need for hip replacement. It has strengthened the area around the hip and I am not limping hardly at all now.

Finally the shoulder strength solution that actually works! The bands are of the highest quality, and the program is robust and variable based on goals. I’ve been able to continue lifting continuously now for longer than I ever have before.

I am a long time shoulder pain sufferer, who has had surgery and been to a number of Physical Therapists over the years - with little success. A friend referred me to Crossover Symmetry 2 months ago and it has been life changing. I made more progress in the first two weeks of the rehab program than months of PT visits. I am wrapping up week 4 and my shoulder feels ready to hit it hard (although I will error on side of caution and move recovery and strength programs before i go too nuts). If I did social media, I would shout to the world that this is the real deal for shoulder recovery. I am verbally telling anyone I know - especially all my friends who golf and complain about shoulder pain. p.s. just started the hip and core and that is amazing as well

ArmCare Shoulder System
I Purchased your program for painful shoulder and I’ve been using it for 2 1/2 weeks and I don’t think it’s helped me much on my shoulder. Looks like I’m gonna need to go see a doctor for it.

Bought the Pro version last spring. Used it personally and my shoulders have never been this good. Have shared the bands with friends and family. Bought more bands and then just purchased another complete Pro system as a gift. Highly recommend the bands and the program.
