My shoulders are solid from the inside out
Verified Buyer
Shoulder Package
I have been diligent with the process (trust the process) and I have seen a huge improvement in multiple areas. First, my shoulders feel solid from the inside out. By this I mean, they feel much fuller than they ever have when I would just train the large muscle groups. Secondly, my ROM is much improved. I can actually overhead squat now. I am amazed and I love this. Third, the pain in my "trouble shoulder" (left side) is nearly gone completely. I am excited to see what the next few months will do to help even further! Lastly, my overall shoulder strength has significantly improved!

The Best Customer Service!!!

Crossover Cords
I purchased a full set of crossover cords a year or so ago. A couple of weeks ago I was using them and a plastic handle broke in half in my hand. I contacted Crossover Symmetry and they apologized, said they had new improved handles and immediately sent me a new pair. There were no questions, just an apology and then immediately verified my address and shipped a pair of new bands. It is customer service like this that has me recommending their products to everyone I know. I will continue to go to Crossover Symmetry for rehab and pre-hab products to ensure I make goals and continue to improve in my athletic endeavors.

Crossover Cords
Very nice quality except I would have preferred a heavier handle or one that is silent as you move. I love the bands and how they are covered with a durable material for your safety!

liked the old handles better

Bought these as replacements because one of my older cords snapped. The cords themselves are fine but I’m not a fan of the new handles. They’re a little too big.

I tried to use a cable machine at the gym to do these exercises but my shoulders were hurting and the process felt strange. I bought the Crossover shoulder package and haven’t looked back. They’re great! They stretch to apply the weight slowly. The colors are easy to identify. I set it up at home and use it most days. Would not go back!

Hip & Core System
I am a 40 year old, athletic male that suffers from chronic hip and lower back issues. I picked this up after being bedridden for a week after injuring my back surfing. This band has helped strengthen the muscles around my hip flexors and hips. I’ve been using this almost every day for a 3 weeks and today was my first day back in the water. I plan on ordering the stronger band soon. Pro tip: find something you can dance to and this band gives a great workout! I’m willing to post a dance video if core system wants to sponsor me😂
