I’m 14 weeks post-surgery on the rotator cuff and about to be discharged from PT. I’m two weeks using the Cross Symmetry program with the three-pound band. My PT loves what she saw in the exercises. I’m finding the system to be excellent with exercises I can perform without pain. Not alllowed to do any of the exercises that areover my head. Mounted in my basement, the Crossover Symmetry is very convenient helping me be a compliant patient.

Bands are still very good quality however it seems that the clips are of a lower quality than previous versions. The springs are weak and the gates of the carabiners do not close fully on their own. Also it seems like the webbing is a larger version than before which doesn’t affect the bands, but it makes the whole strap a little more bulky. All in all they are still very functional but I just notice the changes in comparison to previous versions.

regardless of the composition of the kits and regardless of how strong or athletic you think you are, if you have shoulder pain make sure you get the green 'sissy' cord as I called it...having the proper form by carefully studying the videos is perhaps the single most important thing you can do. And although I am old and far from being Arnold, the 3# cord can be quite challenging when you are starting out and have shoulder pain.
