After only using the Crossover Symmetry bands for a few weeks, I can already see the benefits. The workout is not only terrific for stretching and mobility improvements, but is also a beneficial workout to shoulder workouts with weights as well. I’ve even seen shoulder mobility improve in my golf swing!

Crossover Cords
I’m not big into working out, don’t really know much about equipment, or how this product stacks up against others. I was looking for something in the resistance training for a shoulder injury, and this product fit the bill. I am very satisfied with the product, it matched exactly what I was looking for, appears very well made, and would recommend to anyone in a similar position.

Everything works great but there wasn’t enough hooks to set up so you can efficiently move straps from upper to lower straps

Suffering from shoulder issues my whole adult life - I think I have finally found a prehab (rehab) program that actually works.

Crossover Cords
After recent shoulder replacement surgery part of my PT was using resistance bands. My son sent me a set of Crossover cords for use at home. They have been very useful towards my recovery

These straps are excellent in quality and durability. I take them on the road with me so I don’t miss getting my PT on every day. No excuses now that I have a full extra set of bands and door straps. One for home and one for the road! Best investment in my shoulders post-surgery I could have imagined.

I love my crossover bands but the plastic handles are too thin and have cracked.

I used to do this all the time at my old cf gym
And never had shoulder issues….now, . My shoulder has been bothering me for months. I have only been doing it for a couple weeks but it has greatly helped my shoulder pain! So happy to have this in my garage gym now! My husband and son use it too!

Outstanding!! Just Turned 60 and need additional flexibility and strength in my hips/core/legs to improve my golf game. I absolutely love the system! Using yellow now and will likely need to go to red soon. I use the Shoulder Strength training system as well and love that too!!

As you progress weight resistance changes. That, and other people in your house wanting to use also. Just purchase all of the items instead of buying individually like I did. I had a nagging shoulder injury for years. Stick with the program and as shoulder strengthens your quality of life will get much better.

We travel full time in our 5th wheel (retired) and have a decent amount of fitness items. Being old and coming off of an injury to my CV joint because I feel young, I knew I needed something to help keep this body tuned up. CS has been that tool, and will probably continue to be. Never used it before, but can’t think of not using it as a pre and post accessory now. Thanks CS!

I've been using the shoulder package and pain free program for two weeks now and I have been noticing a difference. My shoulder pain has become less painful. Not pain free yet, but I will continue using the program until I'm pain free. This is definitely worth the investment!
