It works just as advertised. Both my wife and I use this system consistently and it has made a huge difference in our shoulder mobility and strength. Try it you will be grateful.

I'm only two weeks through the 30 day program for pain/recovery for a shoulder injury, but the improvement has been drastic. My shoulder pain had been bothering me for months and nothing was helping. I tried the CS plan as a last resort but I'm so glad I bought the equipment. I believe 100% that this program is going to ensure that I can avoid a surgery whereas before I thought I was doomed to require surgery for sure.

Assuming you pass their red flag tests and your shoulder isn't totaled, and you do at least the Activation exercises even at the lowest weight (make sure you get the 3# cord...I had a friend that told me that some of the exercises could be challenging at that weight and he was right. ) and do it at least once a day making sure you watch the videos repeatedly to ensure you are using proper form...I have some weakness in my left shoulder due to breaking it 55 years ago (required surgery and a pin etc.) and then having rotator cuff surgery on it 7 years ago...I had my right shoulder MRI'd 3 years ago and it showed a number of micro tears and arthritis creeping in, and surgeon recommended nothing at the time but more than likely will need surgery in 3-5 years...it has been increasingly painful over the past few months and I was ready to go see my surgeon when I ran into a friend who rehabbed his shoulder using this system...I would say on scale of 1-10, my pain was maybe around 5, sometmes 6, mostly irritating jolts of pain when I would move it in certain ways...and sleeping on it was no longer an option making sleep difficult. A week after starting the CS program my pain was down to a 1-3 and now 3 weeks later is down to 1 or none!!! The trick I think is to DO IT everyday , multiple times if possible and not pushiing yourself ...take it easy for the first two weeks for sure. I also find that rubbing a combination of CBD/THC into it along with Arnica, helps before doing the program to loosen things up. The gear is great but what you are buying is really some expertise on shoulder rehab. It can be a little overwhelming at first and takes time to watch and carefully pay attention to the videos in terms of form...After a week you should be pretty much up and running. And their support by text, phone or email is there if you run into a problem or seeming obstacle...that too is also worth a lot in terms of their overall plan. I got the Athletic program but added the green 3# cord...I am 75 and fairly active hiking, biking, chucking and stacking wood, etc. My friend has been doing this for 3 months now and is pain free, able to throw a baseball again and into stsrengthening his shoulders and back now.

Hurt my R shoulder. Pain while sleeping and some arm movements. After 2 weeks of the Cross Symmetry shoulder pain program, no pain while sleeping, and any stress I feel now is the good stress of working out the shoulder.

I ordered the shoulder system to help with shoulder pain. I’m a 65 y/o man in good health. I have been using it now for over two weeks, and can already tell it is helping with pain and range of motion. I was so impressed, I ordered the Hip and Core bands. They just arrived today, and will add them to my routine tomorrow. Looking to get my wife involved too. All very easy to set up and use.
