I like the system and what it will potentially help with. The packaging was great and all items arrived on time. This review is getting three stars because the handles in my kit broke within the first two days of using the system. I got in touch with customer service who replaced the kit. Within two days of using the new kit, the handles broke again for a second time. I'm leary to re-order for the third time.

Hi Mary, we had a manufacturing run (one batch) that had an issue with the old handle design (about 15% from what we can tell.). We have since pulled every cord from our warehouses, opened every package and manually tested every handle. We apologize for the issue, and will replace your order with our new handle design. Again I apologize for the issue.

This system truly saved my life. I had been battling a shoulder injury for MONTHS and working with a personal trainer to strengthen the muscles. I began using the shoulder system faithfully everyday and my pain is GONE. It took about a month to feel the effects, but I swear by these exercises! I also have had 2 knee surgeries, so I use the hip and core system everyday as well, and my knee feels more stable and I have much more confidence in it! I 10/10 recommend for everyone, but especially those with lofty fitness goals!
