Shoulder Package
Exactly what we were looking for at our jiu Jitsu academy. Shoulder injuries are common place, so we are looking to pay attention to a warm up as well as prehab and as best injury risk reduction we can get. The variety in band resistance is good, the demo/exercise prescription card make it super simple for anyone to use. Would recommend and buy again.

I first experienced using Crossover Symmetry while going to physical therapy. I now have my own Shoulder Package and love how this continues to help me rebuild and strengthen my shoulder and neck area muscles. A great and durable product that stands above the others types out there,

Crossover Cords
My shoulder was operated earlier this year, supra tendon tear. Crossover symmetry cords have been an essential part of my recovery/rehabilitation. I have done the activation everyday, during the mobilisation and 5 times of the week the strength part during the physio. I am extremely happy that I ordered the CS and it will be part of my mobilisation and keeping my scapulas/rotator cuffs in better condition going forward.

After a recent shoulder surgery I have been using these bands religiously and plan to continue to build on the programming. Great quality and I am very happy with this purchase.

Hip & Core System
I live on a one lane dirt road in the mountains of rural Western Montana. My road is so steep that once it snows , usually October , UPS will not attempt to make a delivery. It took quite to receive my Hip and Core , but it is well worth the wait. Thanks guys , running this time of year is tough and this will fit nicely into my routine.

I bought these so I could take them with me when we travel. I use my cross symmetry 3-4 times a week and was excited to find a way to continue to when we travel.

Ever since using your products at a physical therapy clinic, for my physical therapy sessions years ago, I have been not only converted to their ability to help my healing and strengthening, but also have purchased SEVERAL of your products and have set up two distinct stations where I am using them all in my home.
Great products. In fact, the GREATEST of products, tremendous customer support and the ability to talk with people at your company several times have convinced me that every penny that I have spent on your products have been worth it. Thanks for everything !!!

I highly recommend this program. This system was recommended to me by my physical therapist for a chronic shoulder injury. Beore using this system, I had been trying to rehab my shoulder for a long time with relatively little success. I am super happy to report that after three weeks, I have made real progress. My shoulder feels so much better as it no longer hurts to do daily tasks and I can actually lift my hands above my head without pain for the first time since I can remember. I plan to complete the pain program and then continue with the maintenance program.

Excellent tool for shoulder health and mobility. Bought it for my sons' shoulder health since they're baseball players (ages 10 and 14) and for myself to help improve mobility. Incredible results in just a few months!
