Awesome product with great customer service. I originally got the heavy but had to switch to medium. They took care of that right away. The band feels thick on both as though it will last a while. The slip covers and foam pads do make it easy to get band on and off between exercises as well as prevent hair from ripping out of my legs.
I also really like the video instruction you get with common mistakes as well as modifications and progressions. If you’re doing PT you want to be sure you do it correctly.
High quality, would recommend and will likely explore shoulder products in future as well!

Well executed idea with these. No more abrasions, and my leg hair is spared when I use these versus a rubber band. Glad I made them part of my garage gym.

i LOVE IT!! 1 GOT ONE FOR MYSELF AND 2 FOR GIFTS. I bought it about 3 weeks ago. I already feel the benefits with my strength, endurance, and increased posture awareness. I am a senior citizen. I very much look forward to my 20 minute work out. I have the lightest band, yellow. The card that come with it is a great tool! The videos with the program are Wonderful, more details and help. I would highly recommend this to any age, it is very adaptable, and can take it with you anywhere!! Thank you for a FANTASTIC product. The customer service is 5 Starts Plus!!!

Definitely the best bands I’ve ever used used to rehab a chronic shoulder issue that 2 surgeries didn’t correct. After about 3 weeks my shoulder pain has improved and I’m getting stronger. This has been a 30 year issue so I’ll need longer to continue to build up strength. It’s well worth trying!
