I own a performance physical therapy clinic. These are a perfect addition to help my athletes rehab injuries. I use them personally to help enhance my crossfit performance while staying healthy long term!

Hip & Core System
I love the online content and the programs. I'm hoping to see pain relief and then strength. One criticism is some exercises it's not clear if it's 2 sets on each leg/side of if the "2 sets" means 1 set for each leg and the videos don't explain that. Some additional equipment is required that I don't have which is disappointing.

I should have bought these Years AGO!! My chiropractor recommended these to me to rehab a shoulder injury. I am on the 30 day plan currently. I went to the Gym at 6:30 AM this morning and one of the lady's that I have been working out with for 5 years now, commented how I am improving my over head Squat. I am very happy with these and looking forward to using them to build strength ... Phase 2.

First, the customer service is great. Zach assisted me with signing in to my account, and then when I needed a set of lighter cords because my shoulder wasn’t ready to take on the heavier cords, he took care of that immediately.
Second, I love the video tutorials - they are well-explained and offer good visuals from most angles.
Third, the quality of the cords are good. I like that the rubber is covered in fabric as some of the movements have the cords rub against the body.
That’s it - I’m glad I came across Crossover Symmetry.

Love this set. We just were buying a replacement as well as increasing the weight options. One of our purple bands broke (after years of use) but it was as described and safe!

It was a rough start but after 2 weeks I could already tell the difference, in my workouts, my archery shooting and even my golf game. Money well spent! I went with the Athletic set and it’s perfect.

This is a really good product. The hangable chart and booklet are high quality. I have had all sorts of issues creating an account to view online material that comes with purchase, so cannot comment on that yet. The only complaint is that the bundle should offer choice of fifth band. The 3 lb band is useless for me and I would like to have the heaviest band instead but that was not an option so I feel that the value of the package is slightly down because of that- but really good product overall. I use it personally every day and I have my baseball players use it before pitching and it seems to have reduced arm fatigue and soreness this season.

Love the system. Shoulder feel great posture has improved. Use the shoulder symmetry every day on workout days and non workout days. The hip and core band is also a great addition to the warm up and just every day fitness. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to level up their fitness.
