These cords are great. Well designed, well constructed, last forever, well almost. I just had to replace my first pair after four years or more of pretty much daily use. I needed to go up to the next strength cord anyway. Use of the cords before every workout has allowed me to do pretty much what I want to exercise and strength-wise even with significant rotator cuff tears in both shoulders and 84 years of living and being an athlete for most of those years.

Lots of confusion in getting the Hip & Core System but customer service was outstanding (shipping company was part of the problem as well)! Now that I’ve received it and used it just four times, I can already tell it’s helping this old man’s hips. It’s not an easy program but I’m giving it my best effort and I am feeling stronger in my hips and upper legs. Had a left shoulder impingement issue. Came across Crossover Symmetry's "30 day shoulder fix" and thought I'd give it a risk free try. It's a much better program than I was expecting. Great gear and customer service. The website material works well, and the routine's are easy to follow and highly effective. You'll be surprised how good of a workout it is. I highly recommend doing all of the mobility work as well. I've ordered some heavier bands as I'm definitely going to continue using my Crossover Symmetry shoulder package. I like it enough that I also ordered the hip and low back fix to try as well.
