Hip & Core System
It stays where you put on your calfs/thighs, broad contact(no pinching), and the different “strengths” from yellow to red ect. are good transitions. Huge improvement from the bands I initially used. Well built. Great customer service.

Hip & Core System
Crossover Symmetry never ceases to amaze me. I was using bands for activating my lower body before a workout. The Hip and Core System is by far a better experience. Plus, the training plan that comes with it is amazing. I can’t recommend this enough!

Seems a little loose. Still pulls hairs on my legs! I have used bands for this and they work as well.

I appreciate the handle upgrade. A handle cracked in 1/2 on one of the bands I purchased less than a year ago. The improved handle seems beefier and more likely to hold up over time.

Love the system so far. I have only done the activation phase so far. Doing the activation I have noticed my glutes are firing which is what I need for golf. Looking forward to trying the strength and plyometric phases as well.

These work perfect for my morning workout routine. Have only done the activation so far but look forward to doing the strength and plyometric workouts. Doing the activation phase I have noticed my glutes firing much more which is what I need for golfing.

I love the versatility of the door strap. It allows me to use almost any room of my home. This product does not work for doors that are a bit more narrow than the standard.

The cords are great. I got a set a year ago from my CrossFit owner daughter and this year went to a harder set.
