I bought this for my 13 year old grandson. He plays baseball. When he’s not pitching he’s either playing shortstop or third base. He’s got a really good arm, and in my opinion using this system is not only building his arm strength but protecting it from injury. He’s too young, in my opinion, for weight training, so this system fits the bill perfectly.

Not sure how to get more than 5 star review but if it was an option I’d choose it. Simple, easy to follow chart for all of the different exercises you can do along with a book. I can literally take this anywhere and get a great workout in. Comes with the straps that you need to connect to anything solid as an anchor. I will be in my home gym as well as the gym that I go to. Thank you for a great product.

I highly recommend this to F&F for shoulder pain/improved mobility (mine from a rotator cuff tear), but tell them to order a level up than the chart ‘cause it works fairly fast. And, the customer service is fantastic!

I nursed shoulder pain for about a year before I finally just gave up on lifting altogether. Fast forward to about two years later, I get back into the gym and immediately experience shoulder and bicep pain again. I try to power through it before I notice that my gym has these bands set up in the corner. After about 4 weeks of only using these bands to warm up, my shoulder and bicep pain are completely gone. These things really worked. I can bench press and overhead press now to the same levels as before. I’ve recommended them to all my friends.
Also the hip and core band has similarly solved my lower back pain.
