Shoulder Package
Overall I liked the product but was a bit disappointed that the package does not come with an intermediate band. For most exercises I find the 7 lbs band too easy and the 15 lbs too strong. The 10 lbs band would obviously work well in this package and should be included.
Also I am not impressed with the durability of the plastic handle. a handle on one 15 lbs band has cracked thru and needs to be replaced.

Handles broke very easily. Nothing had been dropped on them. Opened th bag and they were broken. I like the bands but handles need to be sturdier

Attachments
The rack attachments are ok. They do the job well enough but because there is nothing “grippy” on the attachments themselves they slide up particularly when doing exercises from the low position. Some cheap rubber grip on the inside of these would be money just to create some friction and stick

I never knew how tight my hips were until I started using this system. My runs and overall physical health has definitely improved

I’ve been working with the Crossover Symmetry Cords for 6 months now. Can’t say enough about them. They have helped eliminate chronic shoulder pain. Great program!

I can’t live without this! I use this every single day. Sometimes twice a day. I even bring it on vacation with me!! My hips feel so much better.

I need and like the well defined program. The shoulder girdle is worked with a wide range of moves that fit the wide ROM and mobility of the shoulder. So far, so good. I was impressed enough that I bought one for my son, also.

Shoulder Package
After using these bands for about 2 weeks I can already notice an improvement in a nagging sub-scapular pain that seems to be brought on by muscle ups. The bands seem very well made and even though I use what I think is a very light weight I still get a surprising burn when doing the exercises with the recommended static pauses built in. All in all this seems to be well worth the investment and my shoulders are already thanking me!

The shoulder package is great. I'm in the few days of the 30 day shoulder fix program and both shoulders feel stronger and have better range of movement

Amazing. This should cost way more that what I paid if you take into consideration the support videos that come with the purchase.

Having two small rotator cuff tears and awaiting treatment, crossover symmetry has restored most of my mobility and significantly reduced the constant pain I was experiencing.

Excellent quality and value. Found out about these when taking my 14 year old grandson to physical therapy for a rotator cuff issue and the PT facility had these to use. Thought they might help me, and they have. Matt was excellent with customer service and with any questions I had. Thoroughly recommend them.

I give them 4 stars due to their customer service. They work hard to please you. I would have given them 5 stars but they have the cords made in CHINA instead of the US. If I had known they were not made here I would not have bought them. They work good!
