While recovering from shoulder surgery, I've used this system and as a result I'm recovering faster than expected. Hi Guys, I have used this product for the last two years. A short story of my shoulders. When I was 18 I joined paratroopers. I love wrestling and BJJ plus I had a motorbike accident. I was abusing my shoulders for many years. I am 45 years old and I do not have cartilage in my left shoulder and my right was very tight.
Since I started using the Symestry Shoulder Package my shoulders improved. They are more robust. I started from athletic, but after a week I bought novice as my shoulders were not able to move in some directions.
I use those straps almost every day, if my shoulders are tired I just go through the movement. My advice, if you think that it is expensive equipment, think for a second how much a doctor visit costs. Second, give yourself time (months) and follow instructions. You will see improvements.

Love the transportability of this product. Easy to set up--I use it around a door. The hooks are very sturdy and easy to latch/unlatch. I love how the bands are covered--it makes it feel safer--I've snapped other exercise bands that have popped in my face, but these are covered so that can't happen. It is great how the tension can be varied based on distance I stand from the hook. I would recommend this product to anyone with or without shoulder pain.

I’ve been using the shoulder package about a month. I have had multiple rotary cuff injuries over the years. Before trying crossbody symmetry I was in pain every time I did even a light workout I would be in pain for days. I couldn’t even do pilates without pain. Spending between 5-10 minutes a day doing the Crossbody exercises had reduced my shoulder pain and allowed me to start working out again.
