Crossover Cords
I think that the crossover cords are very well built and from durable material. Out of all the cords that I have there has only been one issue with the handle covering breaking.

These crossover bands have absolutely revolutionized the way I warm up/ workout. I was having a lot of shoulder pain due to an impingement caused by some old injuries and weak scapulas. My physical therapist put me on a warmup and strength regimen utilizing the bands. Needless to say pain is next to gone and my upper back is stronger than ever. I’m hitting PRs on all my OLY lifts!

These bands are pretty good. I am doing back &!shoulders as well as hip & core. Progress to be determined later. I would recommend them to my clients But the guy who is supposed to connect me to do that has never called me.

Pretty expensive for what they are and do. They will slide a bit but after a few uses this problem worked itself out.

So far, so great. We use the bundle daily and so do our friends. It’s easy to navigate and understand, and the videos are very helpful.

Crossover Cords
I recently ordered and received a set each of 10 lb and 25 lb bands to add to the shoulder package that I have had for about a year. When I first used the bands it was obvious that the 10 lb bands were not equal in strength. It felt like one was 10 lbs and the other was about 13 or 14 lbs. I placed a phone call to customer service to explain the situation. I can't recall the exact conversation but it was basically "I will personally send you a new set today and you do not need to send the other bands back". Within about 3 days I had the new set and they are just right.
I have been very pleased with my Crossover system and I feel that I get a good workout without the risk of getting injured. Now I can add the great customer service to the experience.
