DOOR BELTS
The belts are very stable, but not able to get a super tight fit around the door. Also the anchors are a bit close together. It would be more functional if they were shoulder width apart

Hi Ibrahiem,
I am sorry you are having trouble. It sounds like you the door belt setup wrong. There are 3 rings on each belt and your setup should not be using the two rings that are close to each other.

Crossover Cords
The Crossover cords are truly a great activation and recovery tool. Great work in developing the concept and my shoulders are stronger and healthier due to continued use and practice. Thank you for creating and I am openly sharing with friends who are seeking healthy and active shoulders too.

I have had nerve issues from an injury leading to pec atrophy for 1.5 years now. My mobility, symmetry, and functional movement patterns were all over the place. I was tired of the downhill progression and decided to bite the bullet and try Crossover Symmetry.
This was a great decision. Within 30 days(as advertised) , my function, mobility, and strength have made massive improvements. With just a few minutes a day, this has made every aspect of my functional fitness increase. I’m a believer!

Crossover Cords
I have had cross over symmetry cords for over a year and never got around to using them. I finally started the shoulder fix program a couple months ago. I was dedicated to using the cords but not so diligent with mobility or accessories. I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and pain I was starting to develop in overhead movements is gone. The program is a great warm up and doesn’t take much time at all each day to make big improvements. I regret not incorporating crossover symmetry into my routine a long time ago.
