Simple tool but well worth the investment. I really appreciate the training plans, instructional materials, and auxiliary exercises, which are the key to Crossover Symmetry's effectiveness. With the Hip and Core program specifically, I was having issues with unexplained knee pain and instability in one leg, and sciatic nerve pain and foot and ankle instability in the other leg. I noticed a difference after only a few sessions, and the various exercises and stretches helped me identify specific muscle weaknesses and imbalances to work on. It definintely takes some time and commitment to watch the videos and learn how to rehabilitate yourself. The tool is not the cure, so it might be more challenging for someone newer to athletic training. But the videos are clear and provide great regressions and progressions for various levels. At this point, after a few weeks of (mostly) regular use, my knee does not collapse anymore, and my sciatic nerve pain is bascially gone.

Great hardware and overall program concept. I have two ideas that should be done to achieve five stars 1. Get an app. Logging into the website is cumbersome and having to navigate the calendar while grinding out a workout is rough. Take notes from Nike’s app. 2. The instructions are not overly clear and videos should be provided for all workouts to compare form and to make sure I’m stacking the workouts right.

I’ve been dealing with recurring pain in my hip flexors and iliacus for awhile now. I’d been seeing a chiropractor and resting when needed, but something as simple as air squats in a workout would mean lots of pain the following day.
