As many have said before, their customer service is top notch. I can be a bit bothersome when it comes to making sure everything goes right, and they took all my calls and concerns and answered them to the fullest extent. As far as the product goes, I ordered a wedding set, and the product came on time, as promised. My girlfriend (now fiance) loved the engagement ring, and we get complements on the beauty of it every time we are out somewhere. It's only been about a month, and so far no issues. A lot of people on here complaining probably are not treating their jewelry with the care (the box even came with "tips and suggestions to increase the product longevity!" It's not rocket science!) Just don't be a moron and your stuff should last. Obviously over time, even the tightest settings will loosen, so it is up to you to be diligent in your efforts to get it fixed. I recommend getting all the extras (appraisal, insurance, etc) and do your research on care, price, insurance, and all that mess. You'll feel a lot better with your purchase from Dazzling Rock! All in all, I would recommend this company. It's been a great experience.

I purchased the saphire & Diamond anniversary ring for my wife as a Christmas gift, she loved it, shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition, nice products at great prices - great customer service - will shop Dazzling Rock again and would recommend them to everyone.

Great product at a good price!

You get what you pay for.

Excellent quality, fast service, girlfriend was extremely happy. I will definitely order from dazzling rock again.

I ordered some earrings for my daughter and they were nice but the pictures of the earrings are very deceiving. I thought they were going to be a bit bigger.

Faster shipping than I was told. This was a plus. It arrived for Christmas. I thought diamonds would be clearer, but ok for price.

The ring was exactly as ordered, and when a shipping error occurred they stepped up and overnights instead and it got here a day EARLY. Customer service was polite and professional and got right to the point. I would highly recommend them!

Beautiful ring ..very fast shipping and good prices

Purchased a ring for my wife. Initially it said it would ship on the 26th of December. My item shipped , and I received it before Christmas. Would highly recommend to others. Great quality at a very reasonable price.

I love this ring sooooo much. it sparkles like crazy i ordered a little off size but it works and i'm overall very satisfied.

Made extra effort to get my order before Christmas, even though I ordered too late. I got the ord before Christmas, and my wife is very pleased!

The ring I purchased was even more beautiful in person than in the online picture. And I received excellent customer service when I wanted to receive my shipment to arrive sooner!

It was difficult to tell if my solitaire was going to fit in the ring wrap, it would be nice if there was an app to choose your diamond size and see it in the wrap. And the shipping takes a long time

Wife loved the ring!! The ring came on time and was beutiful

Ring has spectacular sparkle and appears to be well worth the cost.

Great response from customer service team in addition to great products! .

I was pleased with my purchase. The items look just as beautiful as they do in the photos, if not better! I will be ordering more soon!

My girlfriend /fiance lIves the ring....very beautiful
