The online shopping experience was simple, the price was fair, the shipping was quick and the product is beautiful. I only wish some sort of official certificate stating the gold/diamond karat was included.

My experience was exceptional, DazzlingRock's customer service and product quality were definitely superior to their competitors! I was apprehensive about ordering a 2 carat ring online, however I was quickly reassured by the customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile! The customer service team even took pictures of my ring on one of the customer service teams fingers so that I could get a realistic view of the rings size and dimensions on a human hand! They are outstanding, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!!!

Overall I had a great experience with dazzling rock. The customer support was always very patient and helpful as I tried to make up my mind. They made customizations easy to have made if you wanted, the product was shipped out promptly, and the ring itself was stunning.

Very good company. They have a great selection of jewelry. My girlfriend loves black diamonds and they can be hard to find in eye catching jewelry. This company has a great selection. Prices are fantastic and quality is above par. I did have a ring sent back for resizing and it took them quite a long time, but it the job was finally done without any issues. Overall, fantastic company and they will be getting my business many times in the future.

I bought a engagement ring from them two years ago, and finally got around to getting the wedding band. The Dazzling Rock team had no trouble finding my old order and pointed me in the right direction for the band to match and that would work. When I called in we were all on the same page every time, when I was looking and when I purchased. Fast, friendly, and experienced help. Great job thank you. And the new band looks awesome with the ring.

Got my ringsister a few days ago. I really like the bridal set, jut wish the main diamond was a bit more blue. In the photograph, the stone is very blue. In actuality it is just a tint of blue.

I ordered a ring guard & it was a 1/2 size too small. They QUICKLY got back with me via email. They are making me another ring. I haven't received it yet, as it takes at least 2 weeks. I have no doubt that my ring will be here as soon as they can make it & ship it out to me. They have been very courteous & have answered EVERY email I have sent in a matter of hours!!!! I am ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I decided to go with an untraditional wedding so I needed an untraditional ring. I ordered a Morganite stone with a rose gold band. It is GORGEOUS! I am so pleased with my purchase and I paid right under $800, but no one would ever guess. I'm getting so many compliments. I wish this review would let me post a picture, too!

Thank you Dazzling Rock for your help! Christian was incredibly helpful and made sure that my FW's wedding ring was just right and got to me before the wedding. It was a tight turnaround but Christian made good on his promise. The ring was beautiful. She loves it and at the end of the day, that's all that really matters. :) Thank you!
