While they didn't have the exact measurements I wanted for one of the chains, they quickly offered a replacement of a slightly larger chain--which ended up actually being perfect for what I wanted! Service was fast and the interaction I had with staff was very pleasant. Items are lovely as well.

I had viewed it online. And she loved it on her finger. Seems good quality. We're not disappointed.

I have had three custom rings done through dazzling rock, and every time they go above and beyond my expectations. they are very helpful and the pricing for costume jewelry is always a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone even if you aren't wanting something costume made they still have plenty of already made jewelry to choose from. I most certainly will be going through them again in the future

I was a little worried about the time frame ad it wouldn't ship until several weeks after ordering but when you take into account they have to put the items together it's not that bad. Ring came beautiful. And she loves it

Although the color of the ring I purchased was not quite as blue as shown on the website, it's still a quality ring and looks great! Ordering was very easy.
