Most websites are fishy with jewelry the way it looks online vs when it comes in... Dazzling rock depicts and delivers the true value of their jewlery. I Will definitely be using them in the future.

We bought my bridal set from them. The quality and price was great. I decided to add to my set and ordered another band and it just so happened to be the wrong carot. They made it easy to return with great customer service.

I ordered this ring for my wife after she lost the diamond to her wedding ring. The ring was afforadabke and allowed for my to make payments which is nice when finances are tight. I've never got CZ before but was surprised at how real it looked. I guess Time will tell how it holds up. As for now, my wife is happy.

My ring arrived in a timely manner for my upcoming wedding. However I was disappointed on how thin the wedding band was. I don't feel there was an adequate description, it looked thicker in the picture. I will eventually end up replacing it with a thicker band.

Have had 2 rings completely custom made by Dazzling Rock. They have good prices and the finished product is just as you want and very well made. But they lack in customer communication.

Received ring when promised to ship. Did receive erroneous email stating ring would ship Mar, 2017 instead of Nov, 2016. After calling to get details, representative apologized for error, offered priority mail shipping for free, and assured me it would ship Nov 21 which it did. Great customer service.

The jewelry is just exquisite but the day before my purchase was to arrive the tracking still said ready for shipment. To their credit, once I emailed them, it was sent priority mail with no additional cost to me

I bought a ring for my wife for our anniversary and thought it would be in time according to their shipping schedule. Package arrived over 3 weeks after I ordered. It missed the date I needed it by.

I purchased ITEM CODE: K1739-14KW The diamonds are nice. However, I am not very pleased with the thickness of the band. I wish the band was thicker. It's hard to tell how thick it is from a picture. I also wish the warranty offered better coverage. I didn't purchase the warranty b/c if a diamond falls out or something similar only a tenth of the diamond is covered. Also the repair rules aren't reasonable. There are many restrictions. Far more restrictions for use than a local store would offer. Overall I am satisfied with the ring for the price. The other issue I had was the ring was sent first with an incorrect destination address label (I am assuming) b/c the post office sent it back to DazzlingRock. I know I provided a legitimate address. It is a court house mailing address. I didn't get the ring for over a month. However, customer service was always responsive and professional with answering questions and resolving conflicts. I will probably purchase another ring from DazzlingRock in the future.

I bought my girlfriend's engagement ring to order from this website. After finally delivering earlier than its expected date, I opened the box up to find a beautifully crafted piece of jewelry. Would recommend to any of my friends.

My custom made wedding ring just arrived and it is absolutely as planned. Thank you! Thank you as well for your excellent communication, always quick to respond to questions and queries, beyond helpful with the incredibly complicated import/customs requirements and unfailingly polite and friendly. Definitely recommend. Thanks again.
