Great service and product was delivered at the announced time. The company need to change it communication with buyers as there was a silence of several days without knowing the status and users should be able to see their orders online.

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the ring I purchased. They also have the lowest prices that I could find. I would recommend Dazzling Rock to others.

I purchased a ring and was a little nervous about the quality, it looked exactly as pictured and was a great price. I shopped around and the closest price I could find for a similar ring was $100 more. Shipping was quicker than expected and I had to sign to receive it instead of it being left unsecured. I will definitely make another purchase through dazzlingrock again!

I ordered a champagne diamond ring with a matching band. On the computer the color of the champagne diamond looked very rich in color however, when I received the piece it was much lighter than what was pictured. I ended up returning it and was disappointed because I loved the ring I saw online. As a note, if you have to return something, you will not get credit for the sizing fee.
