CPAD-011 Winged Ultra Comfort Pad - Long, Thick Hair
Very easy website to order products. Good description of products and attachments, that way you'll know if they will go together. Timely delivery and love the comfort wing's packaging.

Ordered two replacement batteries for our Educator collar. A lot cheaper than on that BIG website. Arrived quickly. Very pleased with the service!

CPAD-011 Winged Ultra Comfort Pad - Long, Thick Hair
Very reliable device, good features, support is great (real humans). We got the optional ultra wing contact pads to help with our long haired German Shepherd. Good contact is critical, We previously had a different company's (cheaper) ecollar which did not connect well. If you don't have a reliable connection you do not know how to calibrate the device properly, so this has been much better for us and our dog.

Works well and so far my dog listens before I have to correct him again. I like that I could change the tone and vibrate. only thing was hard was trying to set the Instant. But I figured it out and just down loaded it from the site.

These collars are great! The instructions on how to operate and change some of the settings were a little frustrating at first. But overall they work awesome and were a great quality purchase! I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

I wasn’t pleased with customer service response time. This set in motion a rocky start. I’m am however more than pleased with the mini 302. I have two Irish setters, one under 2 years, other under 1 year. Outstanding training tool.

Works just like advertised. After just a couple of days our dog responded to mild stimulation and after a week I hardly use the zap function - usually the vibration mode does the trick. The unit on the collar and the remote are very rugged and well designed.

It takes awhile to figure out how to best use this collar but it works great and is a safe and humane way to train your dog as it gives you a choice of tone/buzz without any shock whatsoever. That's why I bought this particular collar and I'm quite pleased with hit. I'm a retired professional trainer so I was careful with this choice of collar. I do recommend it.

Educator Large Receiver Collar
I am a returning happy customer with my second collar. E collar is a very reliable collar and company, I have 2 Belgium Mals that are kinda brutal on stuff, high pain tolerance. These collars have made training much easier. I have recommended these to all my friends with pets and recommend them to any buyers. They stand true to the return policy as well

Great product but please make sure you do your homework on how to use it, so that you continue to have a great relationship with your dog. I would highly recommend Larry Krohn (Pak Masters) YouTube videos for the do’s and don’t. Keep in mind that you don’t teach with this product but reinforce what the dog already knows. I’m still in the intermittent stage of use. I started out on the educator on a level 10 but quickly came down to a level 3 if that help anyone.

This collar is reliable, finely tunable, AND, most importantly, will not be activated by extraneous signals (truck CBs and the like) as other training collars I have owned.

Definitely an excellent device to train our dog. She changed her behavior the first day we introduce the collar.

Educator Finger Trainer Upgrade Kit
We have 3 dogs, all trained on the e-collar and boy what a difference it has made in their listening skills! When we adopted our third I wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to handle 3 dogs, 3 leashes (when walking where leashes are required) 2 remotes and treats, so I purchased the finger trainer which makes it much more manageable. Thanks for providing the tools necessary to train my pups!

Nice size to easily fit in your hand. Instructions are complete and understandable. I like the controls that allow locking the stim so it does not change while in hand or pocket. Being able to adjust the second level stim to fit individual dogs is a necessary control. My use is centered around off leash recall during daily hikes in the forest. I have found the Collar to be effective and humane for my training needs.
