Great products and service!

We have not had to use customer service yet.

I'm the proud owner of an 80lb 1 1/2 yr old Malinois Max.
Only with the introduction of my E-400 E-collar has Max had the opportunity to be "All He Can Be"!
This valuable Tool in your chest to train your dog, I feel essential.
I know Max has become a better dog in every way with His Education from Me and E-Collar Technologies.
I recently bought the large receiver as Max has become bigger and stronger.
When You use your E-Collar and see 1st hand how your dog learns and reacts. You'll be Glad you're not without it.

Love it

I probably would have purchased the wrong E-collar if Byron, product specialist, hadn't listened to my concerns so I got the right fit and the right collar. I appreciate your very professional help.

So happy with the collar, it’s been a great way to help redirect and correct actions that my Australian Shepherd can be stubborn with

The batteries I ordered arrived on time. I had no issues installing the replacement battery in the transmitter. The ordering process was fine.

This clip works great. Much better than the lanyard that comes with the collar. It shipped quickly and I’m very pleased with the communication,

The Bieber was a great upgrade to the unit

Lucked out with a referral to this collar!

Received excellent assistance when I had to call to figure out the type of charger I needed. Order was received within a couple of days and exactly what I needed. Thanks so much!

Arrived quickly. Works well and I don’t have to worry about shocking the dog by mistake

I can’t comment about results yet, since I’m still considering how to best use this collar properly on a (2yo) Rotty mix who always comes, sits, stays, gives (drop it) - but who has just started going nuts/insensate on delivery trucks leaving our driveway.

I'm generally following methods used at http://pakmasters.com/

I’ve determined her lowest level is (7)... she looks over her shoulder.

I’m currently interacting with her based on the idea I need to use the ecollar to her best advantage. I think the command for her to learn the collar will be “sit,” since she knows it, but would rather lay on her back for a tummy rub. I want her to REALLY understand 'sit'. Have some work to do without the collar first.

I bought it because I have the objective of ensuring she comes immediately when the UPS truck is leaving my drirveway. Now I'm considering the best way to get there for both of us.

Tiny steps. This collar can make them. Learn how.

5 stars would require more experience with reliability and user interface. At this early stage... it's solid and well built, range of settings is great, UI needs some work, manual sucks (go to YouTube), get the click attach collar. Take your time.

Great Product

We have 2 large breed dogs. They have been trained with the educator collar system. We love the ease of use and the confident feeling we have using the ecollars. I would really recommend these to anyone who owns a dog!

I tried for years to find a training collar small enough for my dog-reactive chihuahua. This is a perfect fit, and it works! So glad our trainer recommended this.

Service was efficient and accurate. By buying the batteries at Educator Collars I knew I would get the correct battery for my equipment. I expected it to take a week to receive but it came within a few days.

Awesome product! The only critique I have is that the owner’s manual was a bit confusing but I figured it out.

Wonderful. It's as good as the mini educator (that is great), but also puts it at the touch of a finger with this finger trainer button. I really like that you can program the finger button to either beep, vibrate, or stim. I have made it beep (to use as a clicker), and also used it to stim. One of the downsides is that you have to re-program the mini educator to the finger unit if you want to switch the functionality to another setting (stim, vibrate, beep), but it's not extremely difficult to do so.
I would highly recommend pairing it with a QuickSnap Bungee collar, and if needed, a different pair of contact points. I have a very long haired double coat breed and the comfort wing contact points were a decent fit. I don't know that any contact points for my dog would deliver perfect unfailing results, but it does the job a lot better than the included contact points that came in the box.
I also want to say to anybody reading this who isn't sure about whether this is an "aggressive" enough stimulation/shock for your dog, this absolutely IS! It has 100 levels, and I use it on levels 4-6 for basic obedience reinforcing, and at maximum a level 15-17 when the environment is extremely stimulating and she needs a jolt back to reality (like chasing a cat near the road).

Works great on our American Brittany. Have been using the collar for 5.5 years and have not had to use the shock in 5 years. The vibrate is all it takes when he is upwind and out of sight. Thanks E-Collar
