AWESOME product, exactly what I needed!

I’ve used this collar as part of my training for my male Newfoundland from early adolescence onwards. It has been an absolute life saver for control around my bitch while she is in season. It’s been invaluable for training a huge boisterous teenager and I think it is really going to pay off as he matures! I have used it primarily for basic obedience and manners, but as we advance in training for various competitive venues, I find he is working beautifully with drive and precision.

The only con I can mention is the battery is a bit finicky to maintain. I’ve ruined one, I think due to storing with inadequate charge. Fortunately replacement batteries are extremely reasonable.

If I could change anything about the product, I would like to see a battery level indicator for the receiver displayed on the transmitter LCD screen. I think the receiver light changes from green to orange as the battery discharges, but it is impossible to see buried in my Newf’s coat. (If there is a way to do this, please let me know!)

I love the product and would recommend it to anyone, and to buy directly from Educator collars. Their customer service is excellent.

Awesome product!

I really like the snap buckle collars for a short haired dog but it did not work the greatest for my long haired dog. Only reason I give it a four out five.

Love the Mini Educator! Bought an additional unit after adding another dog to our pack, but I have two other units that I’ve had for over two years now that are still working perfectly. This company is a pleasure to work with and so helpful if you have questions or need to make an exchange (because I bought the wrong thing). I’ll never buy an e-collar anywhere else.

A variable strength for the vibration element would be useful

excellent collars!!

The service provide by Educator Collars to replace a faulty receiver was professional, customer focused, efficient and fast. One word? Fantastic!

Good product with very good customer service. All questions answered and seemed interested in making sure I recieved the right product for my application.

It's hard to give a review on overall quality without using the product for a year, especially the battery life. After 1 week I give it this review. I have switched from the Garmin/Tritronics Pro 500 due to Garmin lowering the quality of their product after purchasing Tritronics. I am hopeful my opinion of this product will be the same a year from now.

It’s a little early on for me to say my dog’s response is amazing BUT so far, it’s definitely great!

Works better than any bark collar I have used before. Very accurate.

I bought the finger trainer educator and I love it.

Item was as ordered

Roper was very excited to have his batteries fixed in his collar.

Product (EZ 900) delivered was exactly as expected. Support, including voice/telephone contact, was superior. --- A solid, reliable company.
I have no hesitation with recommending it.

I ordered the wrong size 2nd collar & receiver combination, however they caught the mistake when preparing to ship them and called me to be sure. I was able to have my intended order shipped correctly the first time. Outstanding customer service. Product arrived within 2 days. I will definitely keep coming back.

Had to buy this replacement because the attachment button broke off the that came with the collar.

I found the directions not very well written and confusing. My complaint stops THERE. I called a little frustrated. Talked to a very pleasant woman, who was EAGER to please me. She sent 2 helpful YouTube videos, told me her name (which I've forgotten, or I'd give a shout out) and told me her general work hours if I had more questions later. A+A+A+ customer service. Once I started using the training advise she gave and collar, I'm no longer living in the hell my dog innocently put me in. My dog is happier, and so am I. Highly recommended. Well made, and flexible.

It really helped me a lot!!!
The instructions are a little confusing but once you figure it out it is very easy to use.
