CPAD-001 Comfort Pad HA - Short Hair
Purchased "the Boss" then later added a small receiver to accommodate a 2 dog system. Pairing was easy- use of this system is easy & gets quick responses from my dogs.

I have only use this for a few weeks and I am very pleased with it. My Lab gets excited whenever I get it out.

Hi Amy, if your dog gets excited when you get the e-collar out, you're doing it right! Thanks for reviewing the Mini Educator ET-300 Zen ;)

Educator ET-300 Mini
Love this collar, but wish the battery would last 5 - 7 days. Also wish it would come with a nylon mesh collar. The plastic one breaks out the skin on my dogs neck.

Hi, we're glad to hear that you like the ET-300 Mini and thank you for the review! We do use the latest LiPo battery technology but they still work like a cell phone and you're going to get a lot more charge time in standby mode than you are when using the e-collar. As your dog begins to learn more of what is expected of him you'll be doing less button-pushing and charging the system less and less. I barely have to use mine anymore and only need to charge in every month or so ...but even so its only 2 hours for a full charge ;)
As for the Biothane straps, we do hear this but its very, very rare. The Biothane straps are very durable and waterproof and the reason we offer them as standard on all Educator Collar models but do offer the Nylon straps for only 9 bucks https://www.educatorcollars.com/accessories/collar-straps/nylon-collars

I can’t say enough good things about your customer service.
My ecollar malfunctioned in the Adirondack mountains. Called your company and Haley patiently talked me thru reprogramming. Unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem so she fedexed me a new collar. When we got home it wasn’t on the porch and I called again and talked to Nicole who was working to track down where it was. It was delivered two blocks away and that person delivered it to my door this morning! Restored my faith in humans!

Educator Belt Clip
Does the job, but just barely. The plastic clip is pretty flimsy and the screw will back out unless you really tighten it.

Educator Belt Clip
This belt clip has been very convenient for our training while walking and running as opposed to the lanyard that came with our remote. The downside is that it's plastic. It broke today just from the leash catching it as we turned. We have had it less than two weeks, but will be purchasing two more (one as back up) since the price is reasonable enough. Ultimately I would prefer spending a bit more for something more durable.
