The only thing I don't like is you can't set the continuous and momentary or continuous and continuous plus (boost) at different levels

it's a good collar. I purchased because of the ramp feature which I was very disappointed in. I returned it for the EZ 900 model

Educator EZ-900 Replacement Remote
I have been impressed with the customer service of this company. Had a problem with the collar dropping connection with the remote. Gave them a call and they asked me a few questions to make sure I was not doing anything wrong, then they sent me a new collar. I have a very stubborn siberion huskey and all other collars I tried was a failure. Ecollar is definitely the way to go. I will never have any other collar. It worked wonders for my Penelope, I’m sure it will work for your pup. We will for sure be customers for life.

Educator Li-Po-3.7V-400 mAH - Replacement Battery
Our E300TS has been working really well for us for 4-5years. All at once the neck piece required two complete nights to change from red to green light on the charger. Contacted ECollar, they were great in helping us locate, order and ship a two new batteries. The insulation was easy with the directions included with the batteries!!!! This system help train one Newf and is now training another Newf. Thank you, so much. 🐾

CPAD-011 Winged Ultra Comfort Pad - Long, Thick Hair
These are awesome. So awesome that my only gripe is that the company should provide these as standard options when you buy the system instead of making you search the website for solutions. Customer satisfaction would be even better! The biggest downside of these systems (especially with long haired dogs) is consistent contact and having to wonder if the contact points are even touching the dogs skin. These winged comfort pads completely solve that problem. These provide consistent contact every single time without having to wiggle it around and you dont have to worry about the dog getting sores from the original two prong contact points... I would highly encourage the company to include these comfort pads when you buy the original product instead of making consumers buy it as an add on. It would further differentiate you from the competition! This is an amazing tool and can't recommend enough!

This clip works great. It keeps the remote hands free and is very comfortable to wear. This makes it easier to take my dog outside with me while working around the yard.

Educator PG-300 Vibration Collar
Good company. Good support and training resources. The vibrating collar works great for communication. The quality of the remote and collar is very good. The only critique is the shape of the remote is very awkward. A puck shaped object is very unnatural to carry in the hand and also fits weird in your pocket. I always feel like it will slip out of my hand, which in part is due to the smooth plastic texture. I'm going to put some textured tape on mine. A rectangular remote would be a big improvement. I think this is the only company that sells a vibrate/tone only collar. Maybe they will make a more ergonomic remote in the future.

As of right now I am happy with my E-collar. The first one I was sent was malfunctioning right out of the box so they sent me out a replacement promptly. The replacement has been working great so far! Also the customer service is amazing! They were quick, courteous and professional. I will right another review in a year or two as to how it’s holding up.

My trainer taught me how to use this correctly and recommended your product to me. It doesn’t take too many days to train your dog using minimal settings. Highly recommend this product using minimal settings and slightly increasing only if needed.

E-Collar 101 Training DVD
I guess I am being bribed to write a review but seriously without the educator one of my dogs would be dead now, because he had so many problems. It is the best for training!! And the new collars with snap closure are amazing!! It is now so easy for the collar to go on and off so they don't have to wear them all day. Everything that you all make is great. I thought the little bungy for the controller was expensive but it is also sooo useful. If you sell something it works. Thanks so much from me and Bruno and Chanel.

I have had a 2 dog system for a couple of weeks. My dogs are Punk, 20lb & Shmoo, 10lb.
One of the things I absolutely LOVE is how I can turn on their locator lights if we are out when it gets dark. The remote is a bit confusing because it has so many capabilities. Since I have only had need of tone & vibrate, I would have to think hard how to use stimulate.
The description says it is good for a small dog but I wouldn't use it on anything smaller than Shmoo. It is a bit big for her. However, it is certainly better than losing her!
I also love the ease of turning the collars off and on.

Educator EZ-900
Before I bought the Educator I watched video after video and looked at so many different ones. The Educator was fair priced and had great reviews from people and trainers alike. I worked with my dog for a week using the lowest setting as possible in my yard and it wasn't working out so well. So I took her for walks on a long lead and that worked great. I think the problem was that I have underground dog fence so she was getting confused. Anyway after a week of walks and out in fields she was doing great. So I took the leap and let her 15 foot leash drag and she did great again. After a week of that we are now walking leash free. She has learned very easily that the beep means no and I use the vibrate for come and only use the shock if she is doesn't respond to the vibration witch doesn't happen often but she is a lab and head strong so it does happen from time to time.
