I ordered a replacement color and it arrived quickly. I accidentally ordered the wrong color at first, but when I called, they fix it right over the phone very quickly too

Our review is based upon months of daily usage to safely and securely bring our Malinois pup into adulthood. We spent hours doing research for the right collar, comparing features, reliability, customer service, and cost. We couldn't compromise on responsiveness or dependability. This significant purchase has provided us with what we needed for training and safety purposes, and the team at Educator Collars stands behind their product; we have been able to contact them post-sale for questions with ease. The "comfort pad contact points" are used to better distribute a gentle reminder or the appropriate level of correction, and still keep the collar in contact with our dog's neck while he is in motion, all kinds of motion and twisting like Malis are known for while playing and working. We recommend Educator e-collar for all of these reasons.

Purchased the ET-300 close to 5 years ago for our Australian Shepherd puppy. The product has worked wonderful for us. We purchased another about a year ago for a rescue that we took in. We are very hard on our hand remote and have had to call and order just the antenna twice for the hand remote. The cost was not outrageous and it arrived within a few days. I just called today to add another set to our family. I am always surprised at their customer service. They are so helpful and the biggest plus is that they speak English as a first language!!!! No struggling to understand! Thank You
E-Collar Technologies for making it easy to take care of our fur-babies. Also love the new snap on collar option!!!

Didnt take long for my golden to simmer down his demand barking!

Called in for help with our collar and transmitter and the technicians were able to give suggestions on how to resolve it AND get me a replacement battery quickly. They’re great and I will continue using them in the future.

it was great, i had an e-collar before so learning wasn't too hard. setting up the tone took me a while as I didn't fully understand the instructions but that is likely due to my disability not because it was written poorly. overall wonderful product thus far and we use it nearly daily as our safety net as my dog is an off leash service dog. so becuase she's off leash we always have the e-collar. I try it on myself before her and it's not bad at all it's like a static shock like when you touch the door know.

I got this for my one dog and it was worth the price. I like how this receiver allows me to have tone, vibration, momentary stim, and continuous stim all on separate buttons. I have not had to use the stim button yet as my dog response well to just tone and vibration.

Love the e-collars and have been using for years. Love the new variety of straps available now and not just the plastic type ones. They are durable and last a long time.

The Mini Educator E-collar has completely transformed my dog training experience. I was initially hesitant to use an e-collar, but after extensive research and choosing this specific model, I'm so glad I did.
What I Love:
* Incredibly Effective: This e-collar delivers consistent and reliable corrections with minimal stimulation. It's incredibly effective for teaching recall, leash manners, and addressing unwanted behaviors like jumping and barking.
* User-Friendly: The remote is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The range is excellent, and the battery life is impressive.
* Lightweight and Comfortable: The receiver collar is lightweight and comfortable for my dog to wear, even during long training sessions.
* Humane and Safe: The Mini Educator focuses on providing a clear and concise correction, minimizing any discomfort for my dog.
* Excellent Customer Service: The company provides excellent customer support and resources, including training guides and helpful videos.
Overall:
The Mini Educator E-collar is a valuable tool for any responsible dog owner. It has significantly improved my communication with my dog, leading to a happier, more well-behaved companion. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and humane training solution.

It took us a couple months from purchase to use the collar, and I am kicking myself for that. The difference in my Pit Mix's reactive barking at an installer in my house and delivery trucks driving by was amazing.

This is perfect to get your dogs attention and stop the reactivity.

We have used it for several days now, and it has had a positive effect on not only the behaviors above, but also grabbing things he knows he isn't supposed to. I don't think I am going to have to use the product long - his behaviors are improving even when I take the collar off.

I have used these collars for over 10 years. Best of the best. Easy to use and reliable for at least 5 years.

I'm very happy that the person on the phone was quick and helpful. And that I can buy just batteries with confidence. I'm a little disappointed that replacement foam to stick on the battery wasn't included. I luckily had a little stick on foam but it was thicker so I had to trim it down. Same with the thick two-sided tape, but I had carpet tape handy and it seems sufficient.
I would buy again!

Nothing better than having a backup power system when you're in a hurry. Plug it up and your ready to go when you reach your destination .

I got this dog collar in 2022. It has changed my dog completely. I am ordering another one for a new pup that was given to me. I tell everyone that has issues with their dogs to get this collar

Really good instant results

Glad i was able to get another RX 090 small for our other dog so i can run two dog on one remote.

I have been more than pleased with my mini educator and extra collars

We were not convinced an E collar was going to work with our independent dogs. Boy were we astonished with the results. Are babies were walking next to us without a leash in 3 days vs the 5 days our trainer told us it would take. Being rechargeable vs battery operated is a huge plus.

Don’t cheap out on an e-collar, your dog deserves better

Throughout my years working with dogs and owning dogs I have tried out several e-collars both owned by myself and other family members and Friends. These are by far worth the money. My dogs are not misbehaved by any means but I use this for awfully training especially in Rattlesnake country and this has been the best e-collar I've ever used. I will not stop recommending this brand.
