Too Complicated

I used to fly planes, and it was easier than learning how to program this thing. Very well made, no complaints there. Does it shock? I can't tell. It vibrates when I push the black button. The intensity dial is opposite any other dial I have seen; Turn right to DECREASE. Only took a week to realize. If you are a senior with sub par eyesight (like me), best of luck.

Educator RX-070 Micro Receiver Collar
Always the BEST customer service! I just replaced my pups receiver that we have been using everyday for 4 years! These products allow my dog to be off leash with me and safe. I can’t even tell you how many times I have even pushed a button: it’s just mostly there for emergencies. Thank you for your amazing products!

I’m so far enjoying this product. I like the multiple functions and how clear the instructions booklet was about them. My one dog was already e collar trained on a dogtra unit so there was little transition required. I am however also using it on a clients dogs to help with in house barking when the one is out on a walk and it is helping wonders so far.

Pretty and easy to clasp, however she was able to get it off and chewed through it while being left alone for about 10 min.

I love the auto function. Works so well it doesn't even have to be set anymore. Just having it on, she has stopped barking.

Educator Li-Po-3.7V-400 mAH - Replacement Battery
The listing shows the same 400 mAh battery for the transmitter and receiver for the 300 series educator, so i ordered the same for both. The 400 fits fine in the transmitter but it was a very tricky job fitting it into the receiver (the collar/buzzer/stimulator) Next time I will order a 300 mAh battery for the collar.
The service and delivery was great.

Love the mini educator collar! It really made a difference in training our first pup. Started to train our new pup and realized one of the conductor heads needed replacing. We bought this four years ago so we're very pleased with durability. In the woods, in the lake, in very distracting settings, I trust the ecollar. Can't wait to get the snap on collar and new plugs!

Great Product, Good Old Fashioned Customer Service

I have 5 or more of the mini educators for my Malinois. I was introduced to them by one of the top Schutzund and Police K-9 trainers in the country. They are beyond a doubt the best tool I have for my dogs. It enables me the freedom to let them run off leash at my farm (not fearing chasing deer) and using the finger ring I can discreetly correct my dog when in public if they act out. I've only had a couple problems, and that's to be expected, I use them hard, in the water many times, and daily. The customer service team is amazing. No questions asked they sent me a new unit, no runaround about date of purchase or the typical hassle. They even sent me a couple extra free accessories as a perk. This company is amazing. Dont' change!

Hi! Well, the collar and remote work very well.
There is no problem with that. I did order the 2 collar receiver. I got the extra receiver, but it didn’t come with its charger or the assortment
of tip extensions. Other than that it’s very nice.
Oh, the training comment is more on me than the collar. The collar works well, I am more in need of training!

This is our 3rd e-collar for our 3rd dog. Of our last two e-collars, 1 lasted about 5 years and the 2nd is still working amazing at almost 8 years old. We would never recommend another brand or product to anyone wanting an effective and human training tool.

Try this on yourself before attaching it to your dog. Lower settings are best. 15-17 was enough for my very crazy reactive dog. Again - less is more.
