Top notch quality excellent customer service!

We purchased our first for our pup when he was in "school" and loved it so much, we replaced the one we had for our 4 year old Border Collie with the Mini-educator 300. So simple to use, much more user friendly for our dogs and for us. Love the product and find it to be affordable.

This is a great addition to the already great product. Provides for a better attachment than the lanyard, the can swing and get stuck or hit you while training. This is what may be one of the best items (The Boss) I have bought for our Staffie. It is a great training tool and long range control of your pet. No need for those long leads that are cumbersome and awkward while playing with you pet, specially in open fields, stream and lakes.

Very useful. Online help was good also lo

So glad we made this purchase. Actually, hardly use it because it worked so well for us and our dog.

I have waited approximately 4 months before writing a review of this product so that I could first put it through all the tests.
This is an exceptional product. My dogs are rough and wild! They dive into the pools at every single opportunity (literally submerge themselves and go diving), they play very rough and get filthy whenever possible. Every day I use this product I think "today is the day it stops working, surely it cannot survive that" yet it's still working 150%. The fact that the stimulus can go so low that I can only detect a 'tickle' at about 12 points tells that this is the real thing. It means you can select the exact strength for your dogs training while not causing any harm to your animal or your relationship with your pet. The battery life is incredible. I actually only need to charge it probably once a week if I used it every day (obviously depends on intensity of use), it's incredibly easy to use and the results have been outstanding. I mostly use it to train my dogs not to chase farm animals, however, it's been so effective that I've also incorporated it into our training routine as it can communicate more effectively than shouting across a field when doing distance training. I would recommend this product to anyone who asked. It's excellent quality and tough as nails.

My mini Educator is about 2 years old, and doesn't hold a charge long. I ordered new batteries, and the company's response was fast and good. The price was very reasonable.

The part I ordered came, and it’s great. Love the way this collar works and I recommend it frequently to others.
However, the emailed questions I sent to customer service were never answered.
Although I’ve gotten three automated emails asking for this review.

My professional K9 trainer introduced /trained me and my, large hybrid Dane-Shepherd, dog to the mini Educator. So far it’s work really well and quality and durability is great. Highly recommended by pro K9 handlers and trainers.

Best investment in a collar ever made. Great product. Replacement parts readily available.

After the better part of three years the collar stopped charging. I called to get help on getting a new set-up and instead of trying to seell me a new collar the help desk told me how to fix the collar. @7.00 later all is good. I appreciate the honesty vs profiteering. Thank You!

I wanted to add a 2nd receiver to our mini educator and this was exactly it.

We bought this to upgrade our old collar and it has been fantastic for our working line German Shepherd.

The quick release aspect of this collar is the best. Very easy to fasten even if our precious lab is not cooperating. The strap is so very sturdy and looks nice in red. And there are so many colors available!

Sometimes you have to remind a hunting breed that the objective is to just be on a walk, not to be hunting. We have walked over four thousand miles together. He swims with it, plays with his buddies while wearing it. And has learned that he doesn't even go in the yard without it.
The adjustable shock can be sight lighter than the static from touching a doorknob and the vibrate is what I use 95% of the time.

I switched from another brand because of the ability to get the comfort pads, especially the ones with wings for my akita. She has had reactions to collars in the past. How skin is very sensitive and it was always difficult to get good contact. I like the smaller receiver size So it is good for smaller dogs as well. Love the stretch collar.

We are very pleased with this collar. It has helped us train our dog in 3 weeks to walk on leash without pulling, heal, and place effectively. We look forward to working on off leash training and using this collar as a tool!

The product itself is great. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because when you remove the old battery, there is a piece of sticky foam attached to it which you can't really remove. So when you put the new battery in, you need to find a new piece of sticky foam to attach to it or else it will rattle around inside the device. I would have given it five stars if the battery had come with the sticky foam so that you could do a battery replacement without having to find additional parts. (like sticky foam, and sticky tape.)

The collar was easy to use and it worked really well with our 9 month old, 60 pound puppy. I had to call with a question and the person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. It has made a big difference in our dog's responsiveness to me and the rules of the house.

I love my collar transmitter stopped working went right online ordered a replacement battery came within days. Installation was easy. We’re back up and running.
