This was a great tool in helping our young pup learn when to bark versus a nuisance bark. He does extremely well now and my neighbors even comment on his behavior versus the noisy barking neighbor dog.

Educator 3/4" Biothane Bungee Strap w/ Metal Quick Snap-Orange-12" - 28"
Perfect collar for our year and a half old German Shepard. The strap that came with the E-collar works but takes a little time to put on and the quick snap collar makes it that much easier to put on him.

The ecollar has been a valuable tool in the training of our lab. The Tone is what I predominantly use, especially for recall. There are also critical moments when the stimulation is needed. Customer service is excellent. Overall , ecollar is a winner.

Educator Magnetic Anywhere Clip
The magnets are super strong and have made my life so much easier! Especially when doing agitation work and having to manage an 80lb gsd on a leash and my remote at the same time..it makes it so easy to just throw the remote on my hip while not using it. Only thing to be aware of is that the receiver boxes are magnet activated and the magnets will turn the boxes on and off if you're not paying attention so before the collar goes on the dog make sure the boxes didn't touch the magnets on the remote and shut off

The product is high quality and delivers great results. The instruction manual is a bit confusing though. Without watching a couple dog trainers on YouTube, I would not have been confident I was using the product correctly.

My dog’s neck measures 12 1/2”. The excess was so long the ring provided would not hold it down. I removed part of the excess , but the ring was too far back to hold the strap. Maybe have another ring to hold the long strap would be an improvement

5V Dual Lead Charger for New 2015 300 and 400
Works as expected. I appreciate the extra convenience of being able to charge the collar and remote from one outlet. Purchasing and shipping were both fast and easy. We misplaced our original charger during our move and the replacement came quickly getting us back up and running. Excellent service.

The e-collar has been iffie as far as product issues. I’ve bought 2 different ones. The first developed battery problems and securing a new battery quickly was super costly and turned out to be the incorrect battery. Upgraded on the 2nd device and within 6 months had charging issues. The plug socket & prong do not sync. Displays red light at times when actually charged. Wiggle the adapter around until it shows green. Ridiculous.
