Educator 3/4" Biothane Bungee Strap w/ Metal Quick Snap-Pink-12" - 28"
I like the collar for the buckle and being able to pick a color. However, as I’m sure a lot of people have it is too tight when her head is one way than too loose another. The bungee did not help at all with this issue. Very slow shipping and non-exsistant customer service. Would not order from this company again.

Customer service is quick to return my emails and sets clear expectations. I will say the website was a little confusing to navigate and find what I need, but with customer service's help, I got what I needed. As far as the products, I can't live without it!! I love it!

Educator BP-504 BarkLess
I have purchased many bark collars that either don’t do the job or don’t last. I’m pretty sure this is that last and very best bark collar I will ever need to buy. I started with 2 barkers now I have zero. It’s easy to program and the charge lasts a long time. I haven’t tested it in the water yet. I don’t think there is a better bark collar on the market.

We live on a busy road and have a 16 month old Sheltie that was driven to chase cars. I was super reluctant to try an e-collar until it became clear it was a matter of life and death. What an amazing turn around! He responds easily to level 8 out of 100 and is so happy with his new freedom in the yard and on hikes. I highly recommend this educator!

This product has been helpful in curbing nuisance barking. Unfortunately, my neighbor has multiple dogs that bark all day and my dogs were picking up the behavior. The bark counter is a fantastic feature as I can monitoradjust the sensitivity and correction level according to each dog's needs

Very complicated set up especially with two dogs. You can't control the vibrate mode which I find odd because it does everything else. I am not particularly keen on shocking the dogs. Mostly want the tone and vibrate mode. The vibrate mode is fairly harsh. This product is ok for what it is.I suggest they make their own instructional video. I looked at a couple of videos that expressed their opinions on how to use it. A straight up instucional video would be better than someone's opinion. And lastly my dogs are scared to death of this product still debating returning it.

I've tried 2 trainers, neither helped with my dog's aggression/leash pulling etc. She drove me crazy, walking her was an exercise. I finally found a great trainer who uses the Educator Collar and after 3 training classes my dogs personality and behavior has totally turned around. It's a pleasure walking her outside. I highly recommend the Educator Collar.
