E Collars products are the best. We have been using them for at least 8-10 years. We have 3 sets of collars all of which take a beating every day. Customer service group is knowledgeable and friendly.
Good products, good people.

Everything is great so far, only downside is that i couldn’t find any different levels of the haptic feedback or sound and it is a pain to switch from one to the other but this product is showing very good progress in our extremely stubborn dalmatian who had horrible habits from a puppy store and breeding before we bought him. He is finally learning to appreciate his own good behavior and have more confidence.

It’s our second one. Our Welsh terrier is a much better companion because of the collar. He can work off his energy, chase chippies, and still be safe.

Educator Li-Po-3.7V-400 mAH - Replacement Battery
It took many weeks for the battery to arrive. I was nota ble to use the collar during that time. It would be helpful for your company to get the orders out much quicker to your customers

I love the gradual turn dial so our dogs don't get too much unwanted stimulation. The night light feature works very well for after dark walks. Educator E-Collar is my go to for all of our off leash adventures!

With my relatively little experience with e-collars as a whole i cant recommend Educator Collars more. The collar and remote are excellent quality along with very intuitive buttons.

I am so impressed! I had the collar on my dog for at least a week to get her use to it without being turned on. Then I practiced in the house with some treats. Next we went outside with 20’ flat line. She came back for treats at two presses at # 2 or 3 then her name being called; bacon treats rewarded.
Our land is without a fence. The front yard is full of wild rabbits hopping randomly. A few red buttons to stop the rampage here and there. (# 9- 15). She has been off leash for 4 days now. I rarely press the buttons. Sometimes never on our walks. This is an amazing collar! She is a street dog rescue from Mexico and I have had for 4 months. She was on leash the whole time till these last 4 days. Sheyla is a female, 40 pound, 21 month old, 1/2 Belgian Malinois & 1/2 Border Collie. I love this collar. I started to train with a different brand but stopped immediately due to it was regular shock collar and would be very easy to push the more powerful button. I watched numerous dog training YouTube videos and discovered this collar and system!

This is telling me to select a star rating, however. 5 stars is the default and I can not change. Not sure if I would no idea if this product helps. However, ONCE AGAIN, they literally have the worst shipping and customer service.
