I needed to order a car charger for my collar. I was able to chat with someone through the website and they quickly directed me to what I needed so I could place my order. I was really impressed with the quick service.

I don't use e-collars during training, but every now and then you run across a dog that doesn't respond well to standard training techniques. I rescue, foster, and own Belgian Malinois, which are very intelligent and persistent. When you get one that has a very strong pray drive, he or she will often be so focused on something that verbal commands go unnoticed. This collar offers a wide range of options that can be used before stimulation is necessary. I have found that both the sound and vibrator functions are quite effective at breaking the dog’s contrition, allowing them to refocus on the training. My only complaint is that I wish the manual would have been better written, as it tends to leave the owner on their own to figure out many things about its operation.

I've had no issues with this product and it works well. Did not come with the e-book advertised in the purchase price.

Loved the website, very easy to order and read about the different models. Liked that they had videos to help demonstrate how to use them effectively. My order was received on time and it was what I purchased.

I have used the Educator Collars with all 3 of my dogs the product is excellent and the customer service is great. I had one of my collars die while on vacation I called and spoke to the customer service rep. he helped me trouble shoot and finally decided the item was dead. They shipped me out a new one immediately.

Excellent customer service and excellent products for a variety of different dog needs. I spoke with a gentleman named Byron and he was very informative and helpful in helping me choose my next educator e collar model. The model i current have is the 302 but my training needs have changed. Byron was amazing and i will be going with the 800 model. The 300 is a great model and has lasted through all kinds of different harsh environments and consistent daily use. I will always stick to educators they are build to last and take a beating where other remotes and collars have failed on me.

I reieved very quick (instant) yet thorough information from Bryon in the chat and now I know what to do! Overall, great experience with this company!

We initially didn’t want to use these but all other training approaches we tried didn’t work on our two young shelter dogs. Working with a great trainer, we went this route and have seen remarkable progress in their training.

I am thrilled with the results of using your collar.now I can let my dog be loose in the unfenced yard knowing he will come when called. He is happier being able to run and chase balls and butterflies and not be restricted ny leash. The adjustable power levels were perfect for different levels of distraction .

I'm very impressed with the customer service!! Byron the Product Specialist was so incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a size appropriate ecollar for my 6 pound Chihuahua. Ended up picking out the vibrate only collar as its receiver is smaller. He even swapped out the bulkier regular collar for a 3/4 Nylon one. I'm thrilled to get the product. Very impressed!
