So far my experience with EDvestinU has been pleasant. When ever I would call a representative was ready to answer any questions I had and walked me through the process of accessing my online account. The on my reason for the four stars is because the paperwork and actual process of applying for the loan can be confusing, with too much paper work and online documents needed to be signed.

I used EDvestinU to refinance my student loans. They were massive and seemed extremely daunting. Even though, I still have to pay the money back, having a MUCH LOWER APR rate gives me a lot less stress and financial burden for myself and parents. They also made a great effort to talk to me and get to know me. I was going through Sallie Mae, and they never ever contacted me, were not ever super helpful and basically just wanted their money. I feel better knowing my money is going through here. Obviously, things can change with this company in the next 10-30 years but as of now from a 23 year old, I feel better going through here.
