Other than a error in disbursement and an unwillingness to change dates (leaving us to start accruing interest a semester early), accessing a loan with you was very easy. While we could have re-applied and gone through the whole process again to fix the issue, it was not in our best interest to go through that and risk not having it in time for the spring semester.
Rates are better than Sallie Mae, your company is easier to deal with, and we will be (hopefully) using your company for our educational loans for the next 4 years.

Edvestinu was great. I actually have a 750+ credit score but was bounced from the bank I used with my other child because I had 1 30 day late payment. All a week before my son went to school. Edvestinu was quick and actually had a better rate than the other bank I used. They were quick, most of the docs could be signed online. They also followed up, but not too agressively to keep the process moving. Would highly recommend.
