The application process was very easy, far easier than the other companies I applied with. The website to follow up on the progress and add documents is not very user friendly but is easy enough to figure out. The representatives I have spoken with on the phone have been very kind and helpful which is good because very little info is provided via email. All in all I have been very happy with the process and the rates are great. I do wish there was more communication on next steps and such via email.

As a co-signer, the process worked great. The primary borrower had some issues with documentation. He uploaded photos of documents requested and there was confusion . It took a phone call or two to resolve but it all worked out.
