The interface and language of the website portal is hard to navigate and understand. It felt like it took longer than necessary to get all the paperwork turned in and processed. There needs to be a more comprehensive list for what information is needed and directions on how to obtain it.

Overall happy with where we landed. Fair rate and terms; however I missed where this process would take over 30 days to pay off and close our old student loan. Even after we signed and closed, was surprised to then get a notice that the loan wouldn't fund for a few more weeks and even then it took many days after that for the old lender to receive. If that was disclosed somewhere hidden, I missed it, but not having a real or live person to talk to I think added to this. Took some fumbling, but figured out what documents we needed and there were so many emails. I perhaps could have picked up the phone, but my feedback is maybe offer a courtesy call. Lots of paperwork for a 21 year old kid (my son the primary borrower)to all be done without a live person guiding or helping or just offering a life line with info is overwhelming. Just sign and be done I guess. Again, we are good with the payment and terms, but this took a really, really long time. It only took a couple days to get approved and "closed" and then we just wait and wait for this to fund. Unsure why. Had to make another loan payment to the old lender just to prevent being late on that when this could have been funded within a few days like a typical refinance would be handled.

Had never done a co-sign loan over internet and was hard to grasp all the questions as felt had given all info needed for a co-signer in first email. Seemed to go on for a very long period of time made me feel like I was one getting loan not one cosigning.

The process was smooth and easy.

A very well developed and trusted company that I would gladly tell others.

So far everything seems to be going well with the loan consolidation.
