There seemed to be an in ordinate amount of time between submission and approval. Also if something was wrong the communication back was very slow or I had to make the contact myself to find out what was going on. Also just seem to be a long time from when everything was approved to when the funds were disbursed.

I was not impressed with trying to get approved. Didn’t have the documentation they wanted and offered to send my tax return or w2. Didn’t want that and then 2 weeks later they then needed it. Was a frustrating experience.
