The overall process was clear and efficient. There were a couple of instances where your company needed additional information, but the email request indicated that additional documents were needed, which wasn't technically the case. The confusion was quickly cleared up with a phone call, but I am wondering if email requests for additional information could more specifically state what is needed to continue the process. Other than that, this was a great experience.
