While the outcome was great, the process that it took to get here seemed to take longer than I believe it should have. The automated emails requesting documentation that had already been provided was one of the issues. Another issue was communicating exactly what was missing when documentation was rejected. But as mentioned, very happy with the outcome.

The experience was not good. We were not told at the outset how it would work, and that a company would provide the loan and another would distribute it. It took us more than four weeks to secure the funds, which were needed quickly. I had to make numerous calls to EdVentinU and received incorrect, incomplete or misleading information each time, such as when I was told that the funds had been "released" and then called the university, which had not received them and only found out after a second call to EdvestinU that a different company actually distributes the funds. I would never used you guys again. I told people on the phone who I dealt with that they need more training to be able to more thoroughly communicated to customers exactly what the entire process consists of and where in that process we are on a given day. It was a dreadful experience. Customer service was friendly, at least.

You asked for more and more documents over and over again when after we spoke on the phone the person(s) said that’s all the information we would need. It was more of a big hassle and waiting ,waiting, waiting for a decision.
