The process itself from start to finish is very easy. My son and I have come in to speak with someone in person and last year even renewed online. I still feel like there should be some type of "easier" lingo for kids taking out loans and to have the rep from your company make sure they are speaking directly to the student in a language they can understand. My son had no idea what she was talking about but was too shy/embarrassed to ask more questions. When we were talking about what his loan payment would be it was just for that loan and I had to remind him he had three others on top of that payment. So overall I was pleased with the ease of the process but to educate your staff on ways to get kids of today's world to understand the loan process, interest, percentages and especially how much they will have to pay monthly when all is said and done. Thank you and we will be back next year.

I am not to happy with the process of this loan, was offered one interest rate which we agreed on at the conclusion of the loan we were giving a higher interest rate that increase the loan more than $4000. The process took too long in the beginning but was process fast after the interest rate was changed but not fast enough for us to find something better; at that point it was too late to decline we were already charged a late fee at the college for being late.so we didn’t have enough time to cancel and apply for a different loan.

This company followed through with what they said they would do. The interest rates were more than initially advertised but livable. Much easier to work with than Sallie Mae. It’s a lower payment and lower interest and that is good.

The loan check was not sent for weeks after it was supposed to be disbursed causing a late fee from the University. I am a distance learner, but the check was sent to Florida, where the University is located, but requiring both my signature and the University reps signature, so it is still unsigned and not deposited, and classes are still unpaid. This experience has been stressful and awful.
