I wish it would have been more clear up front of the detailed documents needed to upload to transfer/refinance student loans from another company. I thought I had the correct documents the first time and then waited and received email communication of needing more. I called to follow-up and they said everything was in process so no need to do anything at that time. Then waited a little longer to receive another email with more detailed explanation of the documents needed. I wish it was either more clear up front or that communication would be done via phone rather than email.

Everything came together in time and the site was fairly easy to navigate and understand. Only problem we had was it took a week for the school to confirm the loan amount with EDvestinU, probably because they hadn't ever worked with this company before.
